You have every right to return the entire order or part thereof, without necessarily having to specify the reason, undertaking transport costs. If the reason for your return from the wrong company, our company is committed to undertake the shipping cost and after consultation with you to send a courier to the original delivery address. The return you delivered to us within 2-3 business days after the General postal and 5-6 working days if the transfer made via EPS. With any other carrier of your choice we are not responsible for delivery times. After receipt and approval of your return, the company will send you information mail within 6-7 days to inform you on how to resolve your issue.
Refunds depending on how you order took your request will be implemented within eight days. You have the choice of either a refund in a bank account or credit the value of the product you returned to the use in your next purchase

If your package has arrived damaged or tampered with, please contact the shipping carrier (EPS) and our Customer Support Department. Any delay in contacting the carrier and our Customer Service Department makes it more difficult to file a claim. Please keep ALL packaging and items EXACTLY AS THEY ARRIVED.
